Excellent Location, Clean Rooms
clean roomscomfortable bedefficient liftscold pool
The location provides easy access to the Entertainment Centre, only a short walk away. Rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. I found the lifts efficient and quick. The bar area near the foyer was a lovely spot for a pre-dinner drink.
The pool was too cold for comfortable swimming. I also noted a tent city for homeless people just across the road. I found that disconcerting.

The room had a great design. the location was also perfect. I needed to be close to southbank and the convention center. i arrived super early and they let me check in. I wasn't expecting that!
The pool felt freezing. i also found a used bandaid under one of the beds. it would have been great to have some cups and glasses in the room. There were only wineglasses and coffee mugs.

The LOCATION was pretty good. It was close to the convention centre. i arrived early and they let me check in, i really did not expect that.
the gym was a letdown, three of the four bikes had missing parts. the steps on the elliptical trainer were dirty, my shoes actually stuck to the steps.
the hotel location was ideal for accessing south bank parklands. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . my room had all the necessary amenities and was modern and clean. i also appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking.
the pillows were not comfortable. i prefer comforters over sheets, though this is a slight preference.
